1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Real GHG website or platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of Service
Real GHG provides tools for GHG data management, calculation and reporting. Use is limited to lawful and authorised purposes.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authorisation of all data and documents entered or uploaded.
4. GHG Results
Calculations depend on user data, methodologies and emission factors. Results should be reviewed before external use.
5. Subscription Plans
Access is subject to the selected plan, including applicable limits on users, reporting sites, features and service duration.
6. Data & Confidentiality
Customers retain control of their organisational data. Real GHG will handle information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
Real GHG software, content, branding and technology may not be copied, modified or misused without permission.
8. Availability
Service availability is not guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control.
9. Independent Verification
Real GHG supports GHG accounting but does not itself provide independent verification, assurance or certification.
10. Suspension of Access
Access may be suspended for non-payment, misuse, security concerns or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
